Welcome to Taido Jiu-jitsu

 

We are a traditional martial arts club that offers instruction in Jiu-jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, and Judo.  We are located at ABC Sports and Fitness, Crossroads Center, 3 Johnson Road, Latham, NY (right across from Latham Ford and the Starlight Theater).

Our classes are open to all skill levels from outright beginner to national level competitor and all ages from 14 to 80.  These classes are an exceptional form of exercise for the mind, body, and spirit as well as self defense.  They are also a lot of fun!

Tuition is only $55 a month and includes a full membership to ABC Sports and fitness. We do not have contracts for any of our programs and we have a family discount!  Stop by and try a class for free. You won't be disappointed.
